About Performance HVAC

Kevin Zullo has been working in HVAC since he graduated from Cape Cod Regional Technical High School in 2006. For 16 years, he honed his skills at one of the Cape’s most respected heating and cooling companies, gaining deep experience across furnaces, boilers, and ductless systems.

In 2022, Kevin made the decision to go out on his own and founded Performance HVAC. The mission was simple: deliver the same quality of work he’d always been proud of, but with the personal attention and honest communication that only an owner-operator can provide.

Today, Performance HVAC serves homeowners across all of Cape Cod. Kevin specializes in Mitsubishi ductless installations and has extensive experience with oil and gas boilers and furnaces. Every job — from a simple tune-up to a full system installation — gets his complete, personal attention
